Dairy Free Ice Cream is often wishful thinking for people that suffer from dairy intolerances or allergies, but today I’m going to show you how to make your very own dairy free ice cream that is quick, easy and most of all delicious.


  • 1 can of full fat coconut milk
  • 80g raw cashew nuts (unsalted/unroasted)
  • 110g honey
  • 1 tbsp rum/vodka/bourbon
  • 1-2 vanilla pods


  • Soak the cashews over night.
  • Split the vanilla pods down the centre and scrape out the vanilla seeds.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender/Nutri Bullet/food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Pout into an ice cream maker until the desired consistency is reached.
