The food mood connection is one of the greatest discoveries you will ever make. We all need to consume food/liquid to survive, the food/liquid you take in, can either work with you or against you. If you’re eating food that is low in nutrients, then the cells of your body will struggle to do there job and stress will develop in the body on all levels. If the food/liquid you take in doesn’t suit your body, it will have an adverse reaction in your system and result in all kinds of reactions or discomforts on a physical, mental, emotional or energetic level. I have found that the best way to find out what my body likes or dislikes is to become aware of the reactions within my body when I eat or drink. There is no one size fits all when it comes to how your amazing body’s react to the fuel you put in, simply because you are a wonderfully unique individual! Take some time to become aware of how your body is reacting to the fuel you are putting into it, if you are reacting negatively to a certain food avoid it, if your feel fabulous after eating certain foods then make sure to enjoy more of them. It’s simple really 🙂
Brilliant video, Deborah. It’s so important that we consider what’s right for our unique bodies and not buy into everything willy nilly. Many thanks, Breda
Thanks Breda, absolutely having this awareness makes life much easier 🙂
Excellent video Deborah. And I totally agree – not all foods suit me. It’s trial and error. What would you recommend for exams food wise ?
Brain foods all the way all the way Margaret, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, coconut oil, flax seeds, chia seeds, fatty fish (wild if possible), eggs (free range & organic) these are just a few to choose from. Dehydration also slows down brain function so plenty of water. Hope this helps xxx

Thanks Deborah. Yes that really helps. Margaret
FINALLY ‘diet’ advice that makes sense! I had an allergy test done when TTC my second little boy. Diet & fertility have a real connection. Anyway the list came back but what amazed me was the foods NOT on the list. Foods that made me feel really sluggish & tired & awful after I ate them. I learnt a valuable lesson … Listen to my body. One size fits all doesn’t exist. Great video Deborah as always & great ‘food’ for thought. Thank you ♥️
Thank you Pauline, fair play to you for using your initiative and realising what wasn’t working for you…the body definitely knows best! I totally agree the diet and fertility connection is massive! xxx
I love my NutriBullet smoothies – usually I packed it full of green vegetables, seeds, nuts & the all important ginger, but the other day I had this mad craving for something sweet so I popped the Bullet full of frozen berries, banana & cacao – it was delicious & gave me a right high 🙂 Sadly 30 min later I suddenly started to feel sad and angry . . . . It took me hours to figure out what was going on – how’s that for a sugar rush? & I though I was giving myself a very healthy sack 🙂
Excellent video Debs xx
Oh my lord Vig, that was some reaction to a banana!! Raspberries are quite low in sugar, while bananas are quite high…so using my Sherlock Holmes powers of deduction, I think you may need to try bananas on their own and gauge how your body reacts!! Keep me posted on how you get on and thank you for such an awesome post xxx
