Grain free granola in minutes, yum, yum. This quick an easy breakfast is absolutely delicious and is packed full of heart and brain healthy fats. It is a great source of plant protein and will keep you feeling full for hours.
Ingredients
- 1 small handful walnuts
- 1 small handful brazil nuts
- 1 small handful pecans
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp goji berries
- 2 dried figs
- 1 tsp coconut sugar/honey
- A sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)
Method
- Chop the nuts into bite size pieces.
- Add the other ingredients.
- Top with fruit of your choice.
