  • 1 small handful walnuts
  • 1 small handful brazil nuts
  • 1 small handful pecans
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 2 dried figs
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar/honey
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)


  1. Chop the nuts into bite size pieces.
  2. Add the other ingredients.
  3. Top with fruit of your choice.
