Hummus in less than 5 minutes?? Yes, that’s right, it is so quick and easy to make this nutritious dip. The great think about hummus is that it is high in fibre, this means it will keep you feeling fuller for longer. It is also a great source of protein and goes very well with flax crackers, oat cakes, veggies sticks, rye bread and as side with a big crunchy salad. It’s a fantastic food for when you out and about, just pop a container into your bag to avoid buying convenience foods that little or no nutritional value.
