  • 10:45am – Snack break

  • 11am – Your gut and how it becomes damaged

  • 2pm – Everything you need to know to support and/or heal your gut

  • 3:30pm – Snack break

  • 3:45pm – Yin Yoga, key Yoga poses to relieve digestive issues

  • 4:45pm – Breath work to aid digestive function
