One of the most important things you will every do for your body is to keep it hydrated…why oh why do we always seem to underestimate the power of water? The functioning of the body relies hugely on how much water we take in on a daily basis, the more we drink the easier it is for the body to do it’s job, the less water the harder it is…it’s that simple.
