“What the hell is Leaky Gut Syndrome?” I hear you roar.

Let me fill you in!

LGS is a condition that is currently affecting millions of people worldwide, and unfortunately most people have absolutely no idea that they suffer from it. Sufferers experience a host of chronic health issues such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue and chronic gas and/or bloating. They will more than likely take buckets of medication in a bid to manage their symptoms, yet never make a full recovery! Despite there being over 10,000+ research papers published about LGS, many GP’s may never have heard of it, as it will not have been part of their medical training.

It doesn’t take a genius to realise that modern day lifestyles have led to seriously poor health for so many people. Processed food, excess alcohol consumption, chronic stress and toxic overload is playing havoc with our delicate digestive systems, causing us to feel like crap and age much faster than we’d like. Many people have succumbed to a lifetime of medication because they’re led to believe this is the only way. I think this approach is bullshit, yes you hear me right, its bullshit!

Symptoms of Leaky Gut Syndrome:

  • IBS, chronic bloating and/or gas.
  • Food intolerances and/or multiple food sensitivities.
  • Auto Immune Disease such as Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Graves Disease, Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, Lupus and/or Type 1 Diabetes.
