Raw Chocolate is much easier to make than you’d think and so worth the effort. Most chocolate you buy will contain tons of sugar, low grade fats and it will have been heated at high temperatures (which destroys enzymes and nutrients. When people say they are addicted to chocolate I believe they are actually addicted to the sugar not the chocolate, by making your own you can choose how much sweetener your going to add. This is good news for your health and the health of your children.
