Raw walnut chocolate fudge is a raw dessert that is packed with brain foods (walnuts and coconut oil) and it makes a great snack for both you and your children. Ingredients
1 cup of raw walnuts
1/2 cup of raw honey
1/2 cup of cacao
1/2 cup of softened raw coconut oil
2 pinches of pink Himalayan salt or sea salt
2 tsp of vanilla extract or vanilla beans of 1 pod

Topping
3/4 cup of raw walnuts

Method
1. Put 1 cup of walnuts in a food processor and process into a fine crumb.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and process until it forms a solid ball of fudge, this may take a little time, make sure to stop every so often and scrap down the edges of the bowl.
3. Once the fudge is in a ball shape remove form the processor and press into a container lined with parchment paper.
4. Finally spread 3/4 of a cup of walnuts on top and press down into the fudge.
5. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours, once the fudge is solid remove and cut into small squares.
