Salmon never tasted so good, this is a super tasty dish served with lightly stir fried veggies and infused with Braggs Amino’s. People often struggle with adding flavor to food and it can be the straw that breaks the camels back when someone is trying to embrace a healthy balanced diet. This is a recipe that I used lately on a fabulous lady that was finding food bland and boring, I also needed to up her omega 3 intake and bring in more alkaline foods into her diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon darn
  • 1 clove of garilc (finely chopped)
  • 1 small piece of ginger (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 or 1 tbsp of Braggs Aminos

Method

  • Combine all the ingredients together and marinade for 2-3 hours.
  • Cover and pop in the oven on 180c and bake for 10 – 15 minutes
  • Serve with a selection of stir fried veggies.
