Hahaha the video definitely keep me on my toes with the house work lol. Sorry for the late reply Fiona my commenting system has been very temperamental lately. Most of the foods would be perfect, I would avoid the chlorella as it’s very detoxifying and may be a bit strong for you and baby, if you have never used turmeric before I would say avoid it too until the baby arrives again may be too strong for baby. Also avoid these and maybe the green tea and some of the greens while breast feeding. Hope this helps and big congratulations xxx
