Spirulina is one of the original superfoods, it’s packed with nutrients, it has Vit A, B1,B2, B6, E and K, minerals and essential fatty acids. It also contains tons of antioxidants to fight free radical damage in the body, free radicals are little brats that attack our precious cells, this damage causes the cells to age and breakdown.

Spirulina contains a super high percentage of protein, in fact it has a whooping 65-71% protein, and for thousands of years the people of Mexico City used spirulina as their primary protein source.
