Hi Debroah, I have Rhumatoid arthritis, can I eat raw honey & Gogi berries ? With having RA my immune system is already in over drive, so I’m not sure, any thoughts. Love your videos, Thanks
Hiya, RA is a chronic inflammatory disorder and both raw honey and goji berries are know to have anti-inflammatory properties. Diet plays a huge part in how healthy your body is, if your eating raw honey and goji berries BUT your diet is high in inflammatory foods then they probably won’t make much difference to your condition…more change is probably needed. It’s worth you while researching anti-inflammatory foods and see which one’s suit your body, also read up on inflammatory foods that may be irritating your condition. You could also visit your local health food store for advise. I hope this info helps 🙂
