Gluten free pancakes

Gluten free pancakes are a fantastic start to the day. They are high in protein and keep hunger at bay for hours. They are super easy to make and extremely tasty, which makes them a super nutritious option for children and adults alike.

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 large organic egg
  • 1 heaped tbsp pea protein
  • Splash of almond milk (if needed)
  • Shake of Cinnamon (optional)

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender/Nutri Bullet and blend until smooth.
  2. Put a frying pan on a medium heat, add some coconut oil.
  3. Pour in the batter and cook until golden on both sides.
  4. Serve with fresh berries of your choice.
